How to take Screenshots on Samsung (Step-by-step Guide)

Method 1: Using Hardware Button Combination

• Go to the page you want to capture.
• Quickly press and release the Volume Down and Power (Side) buttons together.

• The screenshot will be saved, and you will see a toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
  • You can edit or share the screenshot using this toolbar.

Method 2: Using Edge Panel

• Enable Edge Panel:
  • Go to Settings > Display.
  • Scroll down and tap Edge Panel.
  • Toggle on the switch to enable it.

• Tap Panels, then select Tasks (a checkmark will appear for the enabled panel).

  • Pull the Edge Panel handle.

How to Take a Long Screenshot

• Go to an app or webpage with more than one page (e.g., Settings).
• Take a screenshot using any of the methods mentioned above.
  • For example, use the Edge Panel method.
• Once the screenshot is captured, a toolbar will appear.
  • Tap the Scroll Screenshot button on the toolbar.
  • The page will scroll, and additional sections will be captured.
  • Continue tapping the button until the desired area is captured or the end of the page is reached.
• The long screenshot will be saved to the Gallery.

Viewing Screenshots

• Open the Gallery app.
• Navigate to the Albums tab.

Open the Screenshot folder to view all saved screenshots, including long ones.
